Have you narrowed down everything brake related? You could do things like (if you really want to resolve it)...swap rotors/pads/calipers left to right, wheel bearings etc. The clutch issue is the interesting one...it's hard to tell from the video but I wouldn't think clutch.
ive done all that brake, bearing swapping nonsense already. sway bar and every part that can and cant be moved has been tugged, pushed , shaken, and hitten with a rubber mallet for noise. its gotta be trans or maybe even the axle teeth inside the trans could be screwed up? and as for hearing it from the outside people can hear it coming before my aftermarket (quite) exhaust

From everything mentioned, it certainly has to be something related to your transmission/drivetrain.... nothing else, IMO.

I think you have a chipped tooth or similar on your final drive or some other drive gear or spline shaft. When you decel, you get the backlash on the gears which makes the noise come on, clutch in or clutch out it doesn't matter because you're wheels are driving the gearbox. Unfortunately, the only way to tell is to take it all apart

I was going to say the same thing. Sounds like a bearing to me.

it sounds like the clutch flywheel bolts could be loose is there any slipping when you get on it also could be bearing but you said that it only happens when breaking or accelerating if it was the bearings it would make the noise at idle kinda like lifter tick im leaning more towards the clutch look threw the hole in the transmission to see if there is any metal shavings or if the clutch cover plate is scrached

Am I reading this wrong you had in a post in the first page "esspecially since my cars milage and no mods " but you list off some pretty extreme mods in just about every post after that?

Also when I'm tracking down an odd drivetrain sound I put the car on jack stands and have someone run it through the gears see if you can simulate the problem with the car up in the air with you under it. (please use proper caution when doing this of course) Car must be level and SOLID.

What about hitting the brakes when in neutral as opposed to in gear? Any differences?

That should differentiate issues between the clutch/trans and the brakes/suspension.

sounds like trans bearing failed. get a stethoscope and listen to your trans and see if you hear any similar sounds to what your hearing in the cab. sears has an automotive stethoscope for $12.74

It is very hard to tell from the video, as it actually sounds like a squeeky belt based off what I hear. Do you know if your DP clears your ACD? It could be rubbing if you don't have a 05/06 made DP that clears ACD.

Good luck and keep us posted!
