That looks like the perfect spot! I would be a little worried putting it up ther for the theivers(they didnt get your radio did they? ) . Does it whitewash in the sun or is it fine?

Thanks.

What's nice is that I can pivot it all the way down out of immediate view. At the moment I am working on my din radio blank. I am fitting one Greddy EGT 52mm and two of the stock mitsu gauges, oil temp and voltage. I will have pics up really soon.

What you could do if you wanted was mount the afc to the stand with velcro and have enough slack so you could take it down and store it when you leave the car. I might end up doing this sometime in the future. You could always wrap the excess wire around the stand.

I just put it in tonight, so I don't know if it will white wash yet.

I was wondering also about the crooks who break into car, especially around here. The afc is gold, and they will go to great lengths to get it. Damn punks

I guess you don't have thieves in your area? Do you put it away when you park the car?

Thieves aren't really an issue for me since I am in the military, so I always park on base for the most part.
