Dash Cluster Lighting Issue...Help..

Yesterday my bro told me half of the cluster lights don't work on his evo. The rpm's from 0-5k dont light up and from 100-160mph don't light up. Everything else is fine all other spots light up. Nothing has been installed in the past 2months other than the 3 stri gauges and headunit, but that was a while back and had no problems till yesterday.

Any Ideas why this happened? Could it be a fuse issue? If it was a fuse issue then why do only those two spots not light up? Any help would really be appreciated.. Thanks.

One of the small bulbs behind the cluster is out, from the sound of it.

Take the cluster out and the back part off go find the burt bulb (it will look burned out, or at least mine did) take it to the dealer and get another.

Yup, just sounds like you've got a few burnt bulbs. There only a couple bucks. When u go to replace them it's probably a good idea to change all of them so u know all of them are good.

Yes its just a burned out bulb. Remove the cluster and there are bulbs on the back. 90° turn counterclockwise to remove them

The funny thing is that my evo is the only car that has had dash bulbs go out.

Those look like they might work and cheaper than the oem ones. But you might as well ask for more details. I plugged in the car search on the site and this is what it came up with...

It's just a blown bulb like the posts above. It's relatively easy to replace them. gl!
