op, was your VG aftermarket? mine is stock and has never came off and has been to those speeds many many times. next time try cleaning the surface with rubbing alcohol and getting it really clean with the strong adhesive 3m tape or you could try getting some of the tape used from mitsu factory
good looking out. yeah i am going to try that. I am going to go with a black one.

It's not a felony, it's getting your license suspended.

The thing you need to do is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN both surfaces very very good otherwise it will lift at the corners and the tape will be visible. Clean with hot water and clean with some alcohol. Dont use the rexpeed tape, it will lift in a day. Go and buy the 3m double side tape. I had to remove my twice because of the tape issue.

Clean and use clay bar that should do it pretty well for adhesive to stick (if its the correct strength)

installed my VG and gurney flap this weekend using 3m tape. it was easier than I thought thanks to the member on here who did the how-to video.

going to be testing it out at the track in two weeks where I'm sure to hit 140 more than a few times.

Looks nice brO, yeah I went with rexpeed a few years ago and it hasn't fallen off or anything, but I did take it off cuz their version of the ww is not mitsu oem ww lol so once its painted its going back on, like others have stated as long as its all cleaned up before install there shouldn't be an issue, just have to use a lot of that 3m ds tape lol.
