EVO8 AWD Swap into 2003 LANCER ES

Is it possible and what parts would I need in order to make my lancer ES AWD?
I'm also getting a 4g63 Evo8 engine and gt35r turbo to go under the hood and a 5 spd evo8 transmission. Any advice from the more knowledgeable people on the forum? Thanks for checkin out the thread and helping me out. I wanted to build a beast out of a 2003 Lancer ES just because it's not done that often. Let me know. Thanks.

you will have to do some major work to the body. the lancer is not made for awd so it does not have room for the driveline to the rear. you can made it happen tho. i've seen it done once before about two years ago. its on this form somewhere

There's a thread over in the lancer section a guy is doing a whole conversion body panels and all he is pretty far along you may want to talk to him. I would say its not very easy to do probably along the lines of converting a 420a eclipse to a 4g63, it can be done but will be a pain

If you all ready have the parts, how about looking for somebody with an Evo with a blown engine (pretty common) and looking to sell the body. Otherwise, you are going to have a no fun bodywork project.

How about an evo body, lancer wheels, lancer hood and trunk, lancer fenders, lancer front and rear clips? I dunno if the rear clip would fit - just dreaming here.
