How did you pay? Dispute the transaction.

You say "you don't think he's gonna give you a refund". Have you tried to work it out with him? I would at least try to resolve this before starting a flame thread about another member.

i ask for a refund 2 days ago then he overnight these fic injectors that clearly not the same. i try to contact him several time but no reply. i disputed it through paypal may 26 then i closed the dispute because i receive the item. i didn t think it would be different untill i install them and it didn t fit. he won t reply to any of my emails, pm or text. so what makes you think he s gonna work it out with me. its been 22days.

i just wanna know if there s a way i can use these injectors they re fic 125 0850 . i dont wanna pawn them off to some1 else.

Damn you def shouldn't have closed the dispute until you checked to see if they were the right ones. Now you have no recourse with paypal...like the above poster suggested, contact a mod and explain the situation and pray they can help you out.

Mods do nothing for this crap. Its sad. I was ripped a good snout of money from a member and I had to take it into my own hands. I pmed a mod and got nothing.

I had to take other actions. Sorry you got screwed. File a paypal dispute and if he is close take a ride and get the injectors you paid for.

I know how you feel I bought some cosworth s2 cams and received one cosworth and a stock cam and they were all rusted to crap. I took the loss and bought some s2 cams and will never buy used parts from people unless they are local.
