Anyone ever bought this? Trying to find the cheapest way to get jdm bumper
Really want a ww jdm rear. And I'm tired of waiting on market for a used ww one. Decided it's time to just buy one. Is this a good bumper? Anyone ever bought it. Was going to have it painted myself and try to save few $ over one already painted. http://www.lancershop.com/customer/p...9&cat=0&page=1
Thanks Kevin,

I would say that the old saying... You get what you pay for may be in affect here.
My assumption would be that its fiberglass for the cost. I could be wrong but its cheap. I dont know for sure. Call them.
I made the mistake years ago buying a cheap "Evo 9 replica front bumper". It turned out to be a **** poor quality, fiberglass, junk front end. This was the outcome - https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...-modified.html

ive said this many times on here. after shipping the bumper is abut 500 bucks. once you get it prepped and painted, your gonna be close to the price of an OEM JDM rear from mitsu. and i can almost gaurantee the fitment will not be as good as the OEM one.
just spend the extra cash now and it will save you in the long run

I did the math on this many many times trying to justify buying a knockoff...and as EvoJoe said...you'll end up paying the same if not more after all is said and done.
Buy the OEM bumper...take it out of the box...and put it on. I got mine in 3 days from Driveline and never looked back.
