I'd bet anything your balance shaft is 180 deg out of phase. Classic symptoms..

This is your problem, I'm 100% sure. Happened to me when I bought my car. Have it retimed and get some money back for their mistake. Theres a port on the front side of the block they were supposed to remove and check the position of the front balance shaft before setting the timing on the oil pump. good luck!

I have been insanely busy and still havent looked into this. The car is not my daily so its been sitting in the garage.

It did this prior to just getting the timing belt done though. CBRD did the timing belt and 60k.
