Driver's Side Vent Not Working

Any ideas? Nothings coming through, hot or cold. I was messing with the HVAC unit earlier in the week but is there something I could have hit that specifically only affects the driver's side vent?

Thanks

Could be the knob behind the controller came off the latch behind the dash. I would also check your fuses to make sure too that your fuse isnt blown. if no air comes througha nd your fuses arent blown up you should check your blower fan could be gone.

I think he means specifically JUST that vent... in that case, assuming the others are functional, you either disconnected the tube or something is blocking it before the vent... did you have the dash out?

thanks for the input guys - yes, specifically just the driver's side vent only - and yes absolutely nothing is coming through.. very odd. my left arm has been getting hot.

the last thing i did before noticing the air not coming through was installing my indash navi and putting the hvac up - https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...ac-set-up.html like this.

i'm sure something happened, knocked out something or pulled something.. strange that just the driver's side vent is blocked though. I also wired up a mic up the pillar but that couldn't have caused something to be blocked could it?

Not necessarily, depends on how badly it's knocked off. Take the navi back out and check that the drivers main tube is still securely connected to the box. I can't think of any way off the top of my head that you could have blocked it from there so my guess is you knocked it loose.
Now, it's been a while since I've tried, but you just might be able to lay on the driver's floor board and shine a flashlight up there to inspect before you go through the trouble of removing the navi. You may even be able to fix it from there as well. Be careful of the a/c actuator door gears (where the cables from the a/c hook up) because they are notoriously crappy and will break and/or jam with only the slightest provocation.
Post up what you find, good luck.
