Mild build on Evo 9, Will I need injectors?
You might as well do the valve springs, you'll kick yourself in the *** later on if you don't
It's not just upping the rev limit that matters when running the higher lift cams, boost pressure also plays a role in it. You should always mod for reliability. It will save future headaches. With the injectors it is best to get more injector than you think you need so you never have to replace them in the future.

this should be at all times in the back of your mind
and as far as considering the bigger go with 1000 to 1200
cause if you think your done modding think again lol
cause if your like me n others when a certain power goal is met
its the nature of the beast to want more lol

I have to do more research, but I haven't seen or heard of anyone running into valve float revving to stock RPMs on M2 cams. With that being said, I may just get GSC Beehives anyways just to get all my bases covered. Thanks for the input everyone.
good choice, but its not just valve float to worry about. Beehives are much better, also if you ever go big turbo, you'll rev higher to get the power and youll need good springs. gsc or kiggly will work fine
as mention above im in the crowd of getting injectors to small as i thought i would never be going e85 then long behold they open up a couple of e85 stations down the road from me. so then i ended up selling my 1000cc injectors that i had the shop install car was never cranked up with the 1000cc but they were installed and they were moving on to buttoning up my motor when i changed on them to 1450cc so luckly JMS was cool about it and did not charge me extra to swap them out. You need to get 1450cc injectors that will cover everything and as stated above you need to upgrade your springs as well no excuses
I have heard talk that the government will be discontinuing the subsidies that they currently have on Ethanol, not sure how that would effect people running E85, but I can't imagine it would be good.
Bro def look into a clutch. I have on my car the exact samething as you but besides the cams. and my cars clutch is slipping at 342whp and 319lbtq. My car isnt beat on. I have 48k on it.
You might need to learn to drive manual better if you have killed your clutch in 21k miles with that low of power. I have 48k on my stock clutch with very similar power.
clubEvo93, your car isn't beat on? I don't see how not if the clutch is slipping already.

I have a budget in place for a clutch, but not planning on replacing it until the stock one starts slipping.
The car is currently at APM tonight to have the Megan o2 housing and AMS TBE installed.
Pretty much everything else on my list has been purchased as well:
GSC Beehives
Cossie M2 cams
MAP Head Studs
ETS FMIC
ETS Intake
ETS LICP
Walbro Fuel Pump
850cc Injectors
I'm sending the injectors out to be cleaned tomorrow, and then the rest of the mods will probably go in within a few weeks after the injectors come back.

I track the car hence why the clutch is gone. As far as mods go I got HKS 3" TBE HKS intake HKS 272 cams HKS cam gears cosworth springs and studs. HKS EBC 6 AMS FMIC with upper and lower piping, and a HKS F con V pro. As well as a FP Green sitting in my garage no time to instal yet but it's on pump gas.
kind of off topic question, but when upgrading to the FP green, is anything needed to support the bigger turbo? or will upgraded injectors and cams basically do the job to support the turbo?
