"tight/tough" gear help?

So I've got an odd feeling issue. When my car is neutral and I depress the clutch its ridiculously tight/tough to put my transmission into 1st or reverse...it almost feels blocked or like I haven't depressed it at all. And ill have to mess and juggle the shifted for a second or two to get it in.

The issue continues when I drive and go to shift from gear to gear either up or down. It feels as if it gets stuck in the gear and when I manage to get it out I feel it sort of "pop" out and it feels tight or semi-blocked when I shift into the new gear.

Im kind of worried because its not an every time occurance. Do you guys think it would be my clutch going out? Any help would be appre appreciated.

Have you tried bleeding the clutch? A long time Evo owner recommended that to me when I complained of notchiness into Reverse on my MR.

I haven't done it yet but plan to shortly.
