Anyway to make the Rear Seats fold down?

Yes, there is a way to make them fold down.

Remove the seat back, cut out the bracing and re-engineer it, and reinstall the seat back on hinges.

Yes I'm being a smarty-pants, but now that I've put it into writing it doesn't sound like such a bad idea.

Just like in my subaru there is an xbeam. Removing it made a noticeable difference. Its there for a reason so i wouldnt suggest cutting or removing it.
