Evo 8 front bumper black diamond emblem

Hello,

Are there any front bumper black diamond emblem for the Evolution 8? I have seen some Carbon Fiber emblems on eBay but I am not sure if they will look good. What I am really looking for is a flat black front emblem for an Evo 8.

^ to bad it's out of stock. Really the best thing to do IMO is to just paint it youself, it will only cost you like $20 for all the supplies (paint, primer?, clear and double sided tape)

just make sure you tape everything you dont want painted... prime with a good gray primer and then spray with flat black or something with some shine. eventually you will get chips, just use some black nail polish as touch up

Why tape anything off and paint on the car?

take the thing off. It is held on with double sided tape and three pins. Use a blow dryer and fishing line to get it off.

Clean it off. Scuff it up some and paint. Do several coats 3+.

I did mine two years ago and no rock chips.

That is a matter of opinion.

I like the 8 front as it is better than either.

Though I will agree the nose chopped 8 looks better than the 9 also.
