welll i really dont talk in this forum idk i guess im lil shy but last nite my friend crash my white evo!!- the front is pretty messed up illl try to take pics and post them to see what you guys think--but idk what to do my friend told me its close enough to bein total and let insurance pay for the car so i can get a new car and my friend to pay the difference--how much youthink ill get for the car?- my car is not even 6 months old and has under 5000miles

I'd say have your friend pay for all the damages, you don't want your insurance rates to go up do you.

 

yeah but he knows he doesnt have that kinda cash in the spot-im going today with my mom to the shop where my car is (the guy at the shop is really good friends with my boy that crash my car so he prob hook us up) my mom is scared of her rates to go up and stuff wow guys i hope you guys never see your EVO the way i saw my last nite -

 

oh yeah well my mom used to pay 1200 for the year for my car so if the rates go up really bad i prob wont even get my car back

Never let anyone drive your car except maybe your dad

 

i really let no one drive it except for my father. Hope everythinbg works out. Post some pics.

 

Simple rule. If the person can't afford to replace it, don't let him drive it. ANd then you don't have to.

thanks guys well i left him drive my car but he "was" a pretty good driverr and bc i was alil drunk - he said he wanst going fast but that was such BS the road that he was was such a RALLY road and he hit a treee on the passangers side -damn man i needed my car for school but he is lending me his WRX till my car either gets totally fix or i get a new car- ill post pics as soon as i go to the shop

 

I feel for you man. As long as your OK that's the most important part.

This is also a good lesson as to who to let drive the car. Hopefully your friend also learned a lesson. Don't screw around with other peoples cars.
