ebay pte injectors?

found 1200cc pte injectors on ebay for $300... seems like a good deal to me. Anyone care to chime in on their experience with PTE injectors? I'm planning on using e85 so I want some nice injectors but not TOO expensive...

I've been told that it's a good idea to make sure the injectors have metal tips. Not all PTEs do. E85 can melt the tips if they're made out of plastic.

I have seen this too. Just make sure they're metal tips, but besides that I don't really see the problem with them as long as they aren't used.

PTE injectors are great. Make sure they flow within your desired horsepower range. It's expensive to keep buying injectors to sell for a loss when you can just buy a big set once and be done with it forever. I ran PTE1200's before selling to a friend, very easy to dial in.

I bought these exact injectors off eBay for 300. It was a hell of a deal. They have been running great with the EMS and 35R. Buy them!

Well for now I'm sticking to 350-400 whp but I think in the next year I may want to be upgrade the turbo and get some cams... I definitely do NOT want to build the motor... I know how expensive that can get.

I think the PTE 1200's will do fine for now... but if I do find a better deal I'll jump on it... I have a month to decide
