i have an 03 i ran my stock turbo at 24 psi peak on 91 octane cali gas, got about 20k out of it before the oil seal blew, then followed shortly by #3 cylinder rings or cylinder wall. haha, its all in the tune as long as you got supporting mods, however i wouldnt do an e85 tune, that 03 stock turbo starts hatin life once you surpass 25 psi...and on e85 at 30+psi, no guarantee youll get more then 30k out of it.

 

These stock turbos are pretty reliable, I've got an 04 GSR. I ran 32psi (Stock injectors + Meth) on a TME 6.5 RS turbo for about 30k. I just retuned with 1200cc injectors at 28psi with no meth on the same turbo. My car is still pulling strong as hell.

 

Sorry to steal the thread here. But what do u guys think I can max psi wise?

Pump gas, I'd say 24. Depends on your tuner.

 

+1 Yea I Concur... that and the size of your Intercooler(what "3"or "4"), Turbine and whatever octane fuel you are running?

 

Intercooler is 3" and 93 pump

 

With those mods, depending on the shape of your stock turbine other affiliated motor parts (plugs coils seals and guts), and the aggressiveness of your tune... MAX prolly no more than 28 PSI. Worst case 25, but 26-27 range with a good WG(JMHO).

 

well the hks u might run into driveability issues, and the obx fmic that i dunno, no experience with those but if its an ebay type, could sap up a good 10-20 hp if it cant cool the charge effectively. everythin else looks alright, with right tuner and 93 octane, id say maybe 25-27 psi . tops

 

I'm on e85 and boosting 31psi.

Stock injectors? I'm at 28psi on 1200cc's.

 

I used to live in vegas and got my car tune at 25 PSI with the IX turbo no problem at all!
