Is there anywhere else to get this besides tunertools.com?

and are there different versions besides the 1.3?

why not just get it from tuner tools?
theres a v1.3 and a v2.0

 

you can order it from evoscan.com but tunertools is quicker shipping if your in the states. Tactrix only sells the v2.0 now. If you have an Evo IX or VIII the 1.3 will log quicker, if you have an X you need the 2.0. There are not other versions per se but there are different types of cables. U, R, etc. I have the U, it logs fast and has the ecuflash license.
