Evolution: The Difference in Driving
Evolution: The Difference in Driving
So, I recently bought an evo. I used to drive an olds alero coupe and some things changed when I started driving the evo. I definitely noticed a difference in what I do.
So, I want to know the 3 things you do different from driving Car "X" to driving an evo.
Mine:
1. Smile when I get into the car.
2. Take the long, scenic route instead.
3. Drive around the parking lot for extra minute or two, looking for the safest spot.
What about you guys?

1. Don't worry about my motor exploding every time I hit boost. Came from a high compression turbo rotary.
2. Go to track days as often as possible.
3. Completely ignore how much I spend on gas because anywhere I drive in the car is worth the cost.
LoL at your thread
1. All 4 windows down (Winter or Not =)
2. Numerous unnecessary drives to the Ethanol station
3. Likely to be at some level of Turbo Boost
Congrats to you on your new hobby. Watch your Wallet!!!!
Peace

I swear my 5 year old eats more than me.
At least he seems to have a fast metabolism also. But, dang that kid eats. Gonna have to get him smoking to stunt that growth spurt

He's getting tall too, soon gonna be bigger than me
Lol I got enough money to cover "In case sh*t happens" and then as soon as I sell my old car, I'll start paying off my loan. Either way, what ever small remnants of it is left, goes towards dinner for the lady
1. Playing with and sometimes humiliating cars that cost 5-10 times more than the Evo does.
2. Always find the longest and twistiest routes to and from certain destinations.
3. Forget about all the BS life can throw at you.

1: fuel is not a concern
2: spending almost all my paychecks to pay off my loan
3: the money that doesn't go towards the loan going to parts
My living room currently looks like a napa parts warehouse

1. Drive with the windows down to hear exhaust.
2. Turn radio off to enhance the above.
3. Drive extra fast in the rain (without the kiddo in the car of course
