1. place your right foot on the back of their head
2. as they say "is that a rock chip?" extend your leg as hard and as fast as possible.
3. as their face contacts your wheel or the ground (whichever you prefer) say yes it is.
was that so hard?
great job op but i do agree with everyone else you should use something to build that area up so it is no longer visible at all, but its your call. things like this would drive me crazy knowing its there even if other people dont, and if they do notice it follow my simple instructions.

Someone's been playing too much Gears of War this week!
I agree that you can definitely apply a couple of more coats, it should look like a water spot once you get it filled in a little more.

Nice job. There is a way to make it look even better without breaking the bank though. Buy some model putty and fine sand paper. Apply a small amount of the putty, smooth it out with the sand paper and repaint.

i like what you did and the paint matches very well, but you should use some fiberglass epoxy or some jb weld to build up the area that was chipped then sand smooth and re-apply your paint. a few super light coats of clear and sand with 2000 grit paper then follow by some 3m rubbing compound and you probably wouldnt be able to tell there was a chip there at all.
ive done this to fill many scratches and it works very very well.
