Fixed my chipped Volk TE37 SL, paint match for $12 (with Pics)

I know this is a long shot since its from 2011 but would you happen to remember the steps you took do this such as how you painted it and how long it took to dry and color match? I just recently bought a set of used 37sl in the same color and would really like to touch them out without having to break my bank. please let me know thank you
