120isn Compression test on all 4... suggestions

I decided to do a compression test on my car and the numbers I got were low from what I have seen from most evos. I got from left to right 120 122 122 130. I have 91k miles on my engine and I was hoping to make put some mods on my car, but after doing this test, is it really neccesary to do an overhaul?

I am pretty much stock, all I have is a hks intake and a walbro 255. I have 272/272 hks cams sitting in my garage waiting to put them in.

In my experience, as long as all the numbers are close, things are good. Its when you see a big drop in one or two cycs. is when you worry.

Every tester is different, even same brands can be a few psi off.

Stock compression is 145 cold at WOT. But you can run it fine. I have a P0011 code, my compression is 110 on all cylinders, but Im making 100 less whp bc of it.
