how does the 6262 make less power than those three turbos

 

Which turbos spool faster and makes more power than the black and 6262?

 

On my car is has a hint of lag then overwhelming hit of power unsettling the car, at least for my set up it makes the car to fast for twisty back road burns that I enjoy, with no timing and 22psi on a hot day the BB Black made 522whp on Buschurs dyno on my car, now with the cooler weather boost hits 27 and tapers to 25 on WG and its borderline rediculous. Forgot to mention at the shootout with a peak boost of 23.9 it ran 10.8@137 rolling it off the line and major granny shifting(had clutch issues that day) in the heat. Maybe im just getting old but I like the Green right around 28psi.

 

Which turbo do you think is best for stroker?

 

look at daivd buschur dyno sheet for his car with the rpm2.3l motor. its nuts also look in to the new bb6265

 

HTA86 is perfect.

 

I thought the HTA86 and the PT6262 were like the same.

 

I have would have to say the EF3 and 73HTA Green respectively.

 

How much power will the hta green make?

 

PT6262 has an 82mm exducer

HTA3586 has an 86mm exducer

 

I really don't know which turbo to get. I want a decent power-band. 2.3 only revving to 8400.

 

Check the thread I put up today in the Dyno section, three turbos tested on my 2.3.
