Just picked my car up from a cam install, ALMOST made it home
I think I have a problem guys
I just picked my car up from a clutch, cam, injector, and fuel pump install and I made it only a couple miles. Now its after shop hours, I'm 30 min away from home, and its pouring rain all night.
The car starts after a few seconds of turning, but only for a little bit. The AFR's are low, but it can rev high, and then it misses, and cannot stay running.
Im leaning towards it being a fuel issue, but I want to get opinions on it maybe being a cam gear skipping a tooth.
thanks

Cams, injectors, and fuel pumps all require a retune ESPECIALLY if they are done together, did you get a tune too, or at least a better suited map than what was on there before?

I would check all connectors (Cam Sensor..etc) check injectors to make sure there fully seated. When you say AFR low side, lean or rich? I would lean towards the cam install not timed right. Which shop did the install?
You would be wise to break in the clutch before you do any hard driving or tuning. The shop may have forgot to plug in a harness (maybe MAF), not connected the hoses properly (boost leak), or there are leaky injector seals (vacuum leak), which is quite common.
the car was running great while they had it up on a jack, I was under the car as we inspected everything.
I just logged as much as I can. I have to floor the gas for it to stay running at ~1300 RPM
