What did you pay?

I know every place is going to be different in pricing, but im just trying to get a rough estimate here before actually scouting around my area. Im thinking of having my windows re tinted due to scratches, small tears, and the fact the previous owner used windex and turned the tint purple. So, what did you pay to have the windows in your evo tinted? My 03 has a sunroof as well and i will not be getting a sun strip because i think it looks like ****.

taking off the old stuff costs extra. usually the prices around 200 are for installing on blank windows. you should just pay the extra and have them do it. I tried doing it myself and man was it a hassle. especially the rear with the heating wires, if u scrape it its done for. there are how to's on removing but it requires chemicals and such.

I've heard about a lot of tint shops just destroying the rear defrosters when peeling old ****. Because, personally I've done it, and its Damn near impossible with out the chemicals.
