So this thread you guys say they are a waist of money. But i've also read that they are a great buy and they will extend the life of the turbo if your an aggressive driver and you dont let temps drop before shutting your car off. So 50-100 for a timer, or $1000 on a turbo... Hmm I'd have to side with 100 bucks

 

I have ran a cheap eBay tt for years in my eclipse with no issues at all...it isn't the apexi one but its a little box.

 

Or save the $100 and not shut your car off right away. Usually the car is cooled down plenty by the time you pull into the driveway after spirited driving, at least when I drive there is a few miles between running hard and parking. So once again I will say save your money, turbo timers are a complete and total waste of money and the effort to install one.
