coolant lines on the throttle body nipple?

I just did the EGR delete. I blocked off the EGR valve, capped and zip tied the two lines that were ran to it. Do i need to do anything with the two lines that run into the throttle body? there is some different opinions on the subject. Some say loop, some say leave, and some say cap individually.

I did this a few months ago and left them hooked up... and no issues. Why would you remove them?

I have read looping them prevents hear soak in the tb cause the coolant warms it idk how much affect it would have though
