Gauges - OEM or Aftermarket?

Hey guys, new Evo owner here. Just want to get your opinions on gauges. My GSR didn't come with them but I'd like to get a set. Would the gauges off an MR plug and play into my GSR? Am I better off just buying the Gruppe S pod and aftermarket gauges? Looking for a clean and simple look. Thanks guys.

I'm in the same boat as you. I bought the gauge setup from the MR, and am currently in the process of hooking it up. Just make sure you get the oil temp sensor with the gauges. They look so good though, definitely love the OEM look it's so clean.

You would be better off buying aftermarket gauges. I am using the AEM boost gauge and love it. There are also cheaper options that work great too!

Is it plug and play?

I'll keep searching around for which gauges I like. Shouldn't be too hard to install right? Haha.

To my knowledge they are not plug and play. However, wiring/installation is pretty basic. And the fitment is perfect. Just make sure you get the radio re-location kit, unless you're looking to put the gauges down by the cubby hole.

Just a little splicing haha. I'd rather have it up higher for visibility purposes. Now to find me a set of MR gauges!

Check in the for sale section man, there's a couple people selling them. (i think 1 comes with the temp sensor that you'll need)
