Well if you had Bill Gates' wallet, you would just have much more expensive custom projects. Same problem would still exist.

As for turns being more fun, they are, but it doesn't change the root of the problem these guys are talking about. If their focus was road courses, it becomes about going around corners even faster as well as demolishing everything on the straits.

I have an APR widebody 2.3L gt35r with every supporting mod in the book (ultimate ratio, magnus v5, id2000's etc etc etc.) AND ohlins and 18x11's all the way around. I still find myself looking for the next toy.

You still won't be 'happy' with it after a few weeks/months. Just the nature of 'the beast'

I always find myself thinking of selling my car to get back into a gvr4 and build it from the ground up.... I love my evo, but I feel like there are too many of them rolling around.

The gvr4 is my unicorn

I am the same here. I always contemplate getting a 1g again. They are so much fun. I kinda like to "restore" them if you will, but with big power under the hood. The only thing that keeps me from going that route, is they are just worth nothing lol. You throw all your money into it, then when its time for a change, gotta tear it all apart to get anything decent out of it.

I built a 11:1 GSR Civic and three Mustangs, and was NEVER content with any of them. However, I bought the car in my sig, gave it a lot of TLC, and I wont lie......I love it and really don't want to change anything on the car. Also, my DD is an 03' Ranger, and I have been more than content with that since day one.

I mean, as of now, I have a moderately built evo. Most people would be pleased. Me though, I am never happy with it lol.

Anyone else have an ongoing battle with tryin to please themselves with the car? Or is it that I am just crazy haha.

I find myself wanting to sell mine sometimes, but then I think about it and I realize I need to keep it so I have something to work on while I drink beer Honestly though I don't think I'll ever be completely satisfied with any car. Some people have the need to always want something more.

No.. you won't . I ride an '08 1000RR and I'm getting pretty bored with it honestly. I think its gonna go up forsale this spring. I think its time to try my hand at something old school with boost.
