I heard the dealer said that they will have the new 2004 Evo 8 RS, but don't know if there will be a new 2004 Evo MR 8.5 with that cool steel silver color. Here are the links to both of them.

Does the 2004 have cruise control?
I WANT CRUISE CONTROL DAMNIT!
I would trade my power windows for cruise control!
Power windows are a waste of weight and money when you have air conditioning!
Rant over.

The feature lists released by mitsubishi show that 04's will NOT have cruise control.
Since Evo doesn't have drive by wire throttle body, cruise control would require an actuator. (added weight and cost)
Sti has cruise since it doesn't add any hardware, basically just programming.
I'm not aware of the Evo having cruise in any market...although GT-A would be the most likely to have it.
