Trouble removing front bumper

Hey guys, I'm trying to remove my front bumper to change my hid bulbs on my Evo IX. I followed the how to, made sure I removed all the plastic clips, the ones on the fender liner, the ones on top in the engine bay, and the ones holding the bumper to the undertray. I removed the top bolt, the ones that are covered by the little plastic pieces in the front, and the ones in the wheel well. I pulled down on the sides to free it. Still won't come off, feels like its stuck on somewhere around the middle of the bumper. Any ideas?

try lifting up a little bit (and pulling out at the same time) around where it goes over the bumper support

For whatever reason that bolt isn't on my car, I assume it was lost and never put back on the last time the bumper was removed. Tried pulling up and out but its still stuck. Feels like its stuck on the lower inside corner of each headlight

Just wiggle and pull. If you pulled the two by the IC, two on each side where it meets fenders, and clips/bolts on top it's just caught in there, there is nothing bolting it in persay so just wiggle and pull out from around that area. It will come free

Check out the toxicfab latch kit. I know you have a stock bumper setup. The kit eliminates the top two screws in the fender well.

The bumper sometimes just needs a little motivation to get it off. Glad to hear you got it off though.
