This isn't an unreasonable question, it might sound strange but there was a guy selling an STi to a friend of mine who didn't have the same width tires on thee car. I'm not talking about the rear being wider than the from by the way, I talking about one of the fronts being a 225 Vs the 235s on the other 3

Did you recently get new tires? If what brand? I something similar happen with me when a I bought a set of Dunlop's Z1 Star Spec. For some reason they wanted to pull to the right and I was always having to correct the car. The alignment was perfect. I spoke with a friend of mine at a tire shop and he said that he had heard the complaint many times for this tire when they were put on an AWD car. It was so bad I had Tirerack take them back and I bought some Bridgestone O1Rs.

Subscribing to see if you find a resolution.

I'd have my money on worn/blown bushing or tweaked alignment due to and 'off-track excursion'.

good luck and keep us posted!

IDK. I bought the car with the tires on there. They are continental tires.

My Evo did the same thing. Pulled to the right when under accel and pulled to the left when I let off the gas. I found out it was the lower control arm bolt and how it broke the nut off the front subframe.
Some more info.

wow some real bonehead recommendations. haha First off u checked tire pressure. Im not the first to say it, but have your alignment checked, now if youve driven it long enough with the alignment out, youll have put a wear pattern into the tires, which once corrected the car might still do it slightly until the tire wears even again. If it pulls slight to right like someone else said thats due to road crown, however also on some of our cars on acceleration pulling right can be due to torque steer. So best bet is have the alignment checked and while its there have your tires inspected for wear, then go from there.

How many milies tho? have you ask previous owner see when he/she did alignment?
Idk, i wouldn't go worry too much yet untill you go check the alignment. Idk that's just me.

He said it pulls left on acceleration. Not all suggestions have been bone headed.

I had this exact problem, under acceleration only. Did much research on it. Ended up being a defective tire.
