Help me install a A/F gauge

Ok a few months ago i got a free JDM (ebay brand) A/F gauge. Recently i've been running lean thanks to my egr valve. I replaced that and I think that did the trick, but since i found this i want to install it. The only problem is that this dosent come with a wideband sensor. Just the gauge with red, black, and green wires. Is their anyway to wire this without a wideband sensor? If not then ill just wait a little bit and save up for a AEM gauge. Im not planning to keep this gauge for ever, i just want to use it until i got enough for a AEM gauge.

let me reword this so people can understand what im saying. From what iv been told you can use the stock O2 sensor as a wideband. Not the most accurate but it will have to do for now. How would i go about doing this? Do I use the O2 wire that goes into the ECU or else?

The stock o2 is a narrowband not a wideband. So its useless to hook up without an actual wideband sensor.

Looks like im saving for a true wideband then. Would it be ok to replace the rear O2 sensor with the wideband? I got a stock DP and i dont feel like drilling through it. I am planning on getting a new DP during the summer.

Going to have to convert your ecu rom to tephra v7 to disable the rear o2 to replace it with the wideband sensor in its place. Or easiest way is to weld a bung into your dp.

Because the stock ecu uses the front and rear o2 to make sure one or the other is working properly. But you can disable the rear o2 in the ecu rom so it doesn't even look for it anymore which allows you to plug the wideband in, in it's place instead.
