i hope you really dont need a new harness i replaced the one in my 2G after the shop that built my last motor destroyed it and it cost me 1k..for the DSM they call it a controll harness

thats what i was hoping for ... but i think ill have to because for some reason im not getting signal for injector #1, new ecu, new resistor box, new injectors, new rail and apr, new fuel pump i have compression the bottom end is fairly new and still no luck from what i researched alot of early 03 evos have wiring problems ...

Build that one wire all the way back to the ECU.

why type of electrical issues? unless it caught fire or got destroyed by a rodent or something, harness replacement is generally needed

also try testing for continuity from your injector wires on back to the ecm. if its solid then move over to checking resistance

Did you check to see if you blew a capacitor or even blew some solders in your ECU?

ok here is a little update, i still haven't check volts yet( waiting for my buddy to drop off a volt meter) but i checked spark and fuel, it gets fuel in all 4 cyl and cyl 1 does not get spark or maybe really weak spark, seems like other 3 plugs got weak spark too since all plugs were wet ( fuel) when i tool them out. i did replaced coils and wires and also switched them around still no luck

So your plugs are getting fuel fouled. Did you check the injector resistor pack and relay? When you check fuel, did it mist? It should be a really light mist if its spraying a lot then that's why they are getting fouled. Clean the plugs with a wire brush. You are sure the coil packs are in correctly? They only go in one way.

ok ill double check injectors tomorrow. i got a new resistor back for it along with a new ECU. i checked my volts for both coils CAS and 02 sensor today and its showing 11.6 on "ON" position. and yes coils are in correctly

ok so i checked all the rest of the sensors and clips and its 11.6 volts, i checked the spark and its all good, i pulled the rail with injectors off and check if they were spraying and first one wasn't, i swapped the injectors still nothing, i swapped the injectors clips( as in i put first one on second one ) and second injectors wasn't spraying .... so i checked volts on it and its 11.6.

so what else could it be ??

You should have more than that. What's the voltage at the battery?

I'm having trouble understanding what you posted though... Are you saying that when injector 1 was moved to position 2, it still did not spray? If so, it's a faulty injector.
