They are Trustz overlays & you used to be able to find them on ebay but I don't think the guy makes them anymore. I actually have a set sitting in a box in my garage that I have yet to install, not sure if I am going to. They come with very detailed instructions also.

Installation is pretty easy, probably 15-30 mins to do. I just used electrical tape to hold the overlays. It's worked so far to keep it there, been on it for about a year now. There is also a control panel for it which was switch it to dim-bright. I just hid that behind my dash.

Those are great, i have had them in my car for the last 3 years and still going strong. Install is pretty simple, remove a couple bits of plastic, remove cluster then you can take it inside or to your workbench and install the overlays. Overall maybe 30-60 minutes to do it if memory serves. Just be good about aligning them properly. It is also a good time to install a gauge surround(like the oem colored ones or the rexspeed carbon one) if your planning on doing that as well.
