Who is interested in swapping to the JDM/EUDM Electronic HVAC Controls?
I am still on hold for this project. My tax return and bonus come in this month so I will be able to go ahead with some of the parts purchases.
More recently however I've been distracted due to buying a BRZ and working on selling my evo. However, I will still be developing this kit for sale.

Just curious, would you comment on why you'll be selling your Evo for the BRZ? I actually considered something similar, selling my 04 and purchasing a new FR-S. Decided not to, since the FR-S is so expensive here in PR (BRZ is not available yet), and my evo is already paid off.
Sorry for the off topic!
Great setup, the electric HVAC.

The motor in my Evo blew 3 weeks after I bought it. At that time, I made the decision to build it with a 2.4L and go big HP without any direction on the function of the car. It wasn't made for auto-x/drag/road race. It needs another $5k to $8k worth of work to make it do any of those things well. So I simply daily drove it for a couple of years in that state while I was in school. Before the Evo, I owned a 350z for 5 years. I was looking at the twins as soon as the concepts came out years ago.
It's just a different car for a different mindset. I have absolutely no regrets about my decision. My only regret is not having a direction for my evo when I purchased it. In the future, I may grab another 8 or 9. But if I do, it will be made into a track day car.

Cool,, I hear ya'. I actually bought my evo for autocross and track day events, maintaining drivability for occasional daily use. I kept modifications simple, since I wanted to stay in a class where I could be competitive. I was using my diesel F-250 truck as my daily, and that's when I considered an FR-S for driving to work, weekends, etc. Fast forward 1.5 years and I decided to use the evo as my full-time daily driver, install mods I'd removed for compliance with the racing class, and leaving my truck for occasional use. Racing just got too expensive.
Good luck with your new project! A turbo BRZ should be fun! jajaja

Glad to hear you're still planning to make progress! If you decide to get rid of the parts let me know
Is there anything specific you need? Or do you have all the parts now and it's just a matter of getting time to install them?

yes I'm curious as well!
I actually have the EUDM auto HVAC control unit sitting in my garage, it's been there for like 8 months now if anyone is interested in purchasing the hardest part to find in this project
