I am just saying $15k if you want it to go quick. You can get alot more than that.

Well sh*t, might as well put it up for 10k then, it will be gone even faster then if it was at 15k....

Your theory makes no sense. Obviously he has a loan to pay off, so what good is selling a car quick and still having to pay off a loan for a car you dont even own anymore?

True.

If it was evo 8, the price 15k seems ok/right. But OP's evo is 9/low milies, most of them goes for 20k+. If people bought evo9/low milies for under 20k, they are lucky.

I bet even he try sell for 20k, i'm sure it will go quick too.

Depending on condition, he could probably get up to 24k

Cars come and go but a good education travels with you for the rest of your life. Sell the car and hit the books. Besides, your Evo will get beat to crap on campus.

$15K? Now that is funny. I'd say $23-25K is normal. Most of the dealers around here in Norcal are selling 9s with 50K+ miles for at least $24K. Private party sales are in the $22K-24K range on average...and thats with higher milage.

u cant compare to dealers price, dealers come with warranty. private party has no warranty. just go by the kbb. if u cant sell, then slowly drop the price. always start high (kbb), so u have room to negotiate. if u need money go see how much the dealer will give you. if its low, then just keep trying to sell while slowly lowering the price.

education is ALWAYS better, when ur done, u can buy another evo.

dont sell it yet, unless your really hurting. yes it is just a car, but these cars are becoming harder and harder to find. and even harder to find are ones that havent been molested completely... give it more thought before jump into something and regret it later on.
