Pulling my hairs off

I'm starting to get sick and tired of these online shops. I've always been patient on any situation in my life but this time it's starting to tick me off.

Online Shop #1

I ordered an exhaust from them early November and they told me they are out of stock and it won't be available until MID JANUARY. So I said ok, if it takes that long then I can wait, there's no way around it. While waiting, I was able to get a good deal on a very rare upper intercooler pipe for 90% cheaper. I told myself, why not buy the lower intercooler pipe too. I then looked online where I can find and order the rest of the pipe but no luck. The closest one I found is the rally shop in Japan that make the intercooler pipes similar to the one I had. I was pretty glad about it. At the same time, this shop is also the one where the exhaust coming from. I ordered the lower intercooler pipe from them and to my surprise, it arrived in front of my door step 7 days later (That's customer service!)

So then mid January came and they said the exhaust is still in Japan It should be arriving soon. I waited for another 2 weeks before I called. The they told me mid February for sure. At this time I'm starting to be a little aggravated but I also understand that things can't go smoothly in this life as you plan it and so s**t happens. I 'm putting myself to the online shop's shoes. So it finally arrived last week so I felt some sort of relief. They then told me that they will ship it as soon as they get a hold of it. Next day, they told me that they are shipping it already and gave me the tracking number. So I told myself it's on its way so I can relax now. Since last week, I've been tracking and it seems that it is not moving from the origin. I finally called the shipping company today and they told me they they haven't picked it up yet and I have to call the shop! WTF!!! So I called the shop and they told me that the person in charge of the shipping is not working today and will be back tomorrow. (of course).

Online shop #2

Last week (when I found out that the exhaust is supposed to be on it's way). I called this shop and ordered a fuel pump by phone. So the transaction seemed to be going smoothly. He then told me it should be on my door step by Saturday. It's already Monday and for some reason, I do not have any receipts, invoice, or tracking number. I'm trying to get a hold of them and 2 of their numbers are for some reason is not working, the other one goes through a freakin robot that keeps asking me that if I have the number of the person I'm trying to reach dial his/her extension number ( I do not have their personal number you dumb answering machine!!!). So until now I'm still waiting for an email and hopefully they talk to me soon.

The worst part of this situation is, I was in Cali last week and if they told me that I can go ahead and pick it up at a certain day, I should have picked it up from there.

Sorry for the rant, I'm just trying to vent out. It's just I've been told that so many time on when it should arrive and it didn't just ticks me off. If you tell me that it should be shipped today, it better be on the road by tomorrow. Don't freakin lie to me that it's on it way and its still at your back yard.

^ This. I have never had a problem with MAP, ever. I know ef4 guys who got their turbo worked on faster than your parts seem to come in lol. I have given them time crunches on parts and always got it when I needed it by. Stick to the guys who do their job the right way. I would always go MAP first, and if for some reason they don't carry what you are looking for, which might mean rethink what you are buying, then try somewhere else. Mistakes happen, but I've seen MAP bend over backwards to make people happy even when they really shouldn't in certain cases.

Well for the exhaust, it is made to order so it's understandable but what ticked me is that the shipment, when I ordered the LICP to the company, it took a week to get into my doorstep. but for the online shop, 2 months which they told me that would be the case but it took longer, then they gave me a tracking number already expecting the part to get to my house today, but it hasn't left their shop yet.
