clunking sound from front end

Hi,
I hate this stupid sound coming from driver side area, it feels like its coming from suspension. I've got KVIII coilovers with hks camber 2 way kit.
One side is fine but this sounds comes from the other side and only when I go on speed bumps, pot holes or suddén impact on front.
Aný ideas where this could be comíng from? Shall I tighten those allens on my camber plates? Or. Could it be something else related to coilovers?
Please help I really want to get rid of this noise.

First and easiest thing to do is check your sway bar for cracks or broken (never seen on an Evo but possible) check bushings and links. If they all look good shake the car left to right. See if u can hear the noise your talking about. A second person would really help to target the noise if you can produce it by shaking the car

How many miles on these coilovers?

I had a clunking sound on both front corners and it turned out to be the top nuts on both sides had loosened...check them and re-torque them down. Worth checking out. Also check your sway bar end links for any wear and tear or for looseness. Someone else suggested I check them out too ... mine turned out to be fine...just had to re-torque the top of the coilovers.

If the tie rod end boots are tore, they tend to be noisy.

Its the main top shock nut...check the other side while you are at it. The adjuster simply sits on top of that nut...

thanks.
i've just hand tightened it, i guess 10nm torque. very lightly tightened it and now this sound is gone.
this was a big nut unlike what is being mentioned otherwise (17mm or so) so i was not sure where this exactly goes to and what is it for.

Make sure you torque it to spec....'hand tightened it' isn't gonna cut it. 10 NM is 7.3 ft lb.

^ i had the same issue, i tightened allens on camber plates and everything; in the end i found this big 22/23mm nut to be lose (the main one) so tightened it.
Will torque it today to 10nm (although this is shocking for me that a 23mm nut is tightened at 10nm)

Look up the torque spec.

Just to make sure you understood my reply I was not saying 10NM is the ACTUAL torque spec. I was simply implying that 10NM is 7.3 Ft. Lbs and that is not very tight at all.
