Is it me or the ACD/LSD?

ok here we go, ive driven all types of cars my last car was a camaro 2010 2ss/RS before that i had a Mazdaspeed 6 now i have the Evo IX so im pretty decent at driving fast cars. here is my question and issue with my Evo, the previous owner did alot of mods, coil overs with the adjustabe knob, he also dropped the car down a FEW inches. the car makes it usual Evo noises with a Tcase whine and a shutter bug of a clutch [i know imma fix it all this summer]

So my question is Everytime i take a Corner HARD, the rear end will kick out a bit and it will go sideways but I always lose it and oversteer the other way and end up doing a 180 As if the Front wheels kick in late or the rear oposite side kicks in late, Is it my driving and getting used to this ACD system or is something not working quite right? it seems that with the Evo you dont have to try hard at ALL to corner and im so used to the camaro with you have to drift it and counter steer to take a corner hard. Also the ACD pump works and it does not throw the 3 lights on but the Tcase does whine.

any advice would apriecated. Also this is only in corners stright shots are fine

You're not driving an Evo; you're driving a bunch of haphazardly configured suspension mods. The car started out as one of the most potent cornering machines ever devised by mankind. Then, it was purchased by folks who wanted nothing more than to use it as a canvas for displaying shiny aftermarket parts in a Walmart parking lot and you see the results for yourself. Stop by the suspension forum. Your car can be brought back to life.

it helps to know what was done to the car, a lot of unnecessary mods can ruin the handling of the evo real easily

here is what the previous owner did

Carbon fiber hood, fenders trunk no wing.
Megan O2, boomba Manual Boost controller, boost gague, Dent the top of the BOV
Full HKS exhaust but he did put in the ANti Fouler for the O2
NO TUNE.
Some After market EvoIX gauge overlay REALLY POOR JOB
KOYORAD radiator- poor installation
Injen piping

This is where my problem is im sure of it
BC Racing BR Coil over and seriously dropped the car NASTY like so bad i had to use a low profile jack to jack the car up
Im gunna replace the springs and bring it back to normal ride height, I dont like it dropped im more for performence over looks ANYDAY
Does not look like the Normal BC racing Springs these are green but i cant make out the name on them.
Its so low the downpipe is beat up REAL good and the wheels almost touch the fenders!!!

here is what i did,

Aem Wideband uego welded the bung myself
New shifter old one had tons of slop
Turbo timer HKS,
FIXED ALL HIS CRAPPY HID AFTERMARKET WIRERING, it was bad real bad all green and nasty had to use heat shrink why he did that ill never know
Fixed the boost leaks with new silicone hose
New intercooler, stock one was beat to hell
Fixed the Fuel door not opening
Fixed the trunk hinge and added a shock to keep it up, he replaced the trunk but it would not stay up cause it had no strut?
Put a alarm on with automatic locks
Got the TrustZ gauges on their way to fix that crap he put in there.
Got a NRG steering wheel setup on the way cause the momo stock is jacked up beyound my repair.... He had a after market steering wheel in cause the air bag is gone and disabled with a fuse :0......
Walbro 400 is on the way as well as new injectors and fuel rail
New alternator Stock one was overcharging at 14.80V :O
More to come this summer like rebuilding the exedy twin that in there is loud right now and i can hear the TOB going. Rebuilding the Tcase myself with a high strength ring and pinion and new quaife
And of course a much needed Tune
im bringing her back to life and fixing the issues of the prvious owner who beat this baby up.

Good for you man, I'm going through the exact same process as you, I don't understand why people buy an expensive car like this and destroy it, you should see what the last retard that owned my car did

Mine got a bit more tail happy after installing a rear bumpsteer kit and putting the rear toe to almost zero from the stock slightly more toed in setting. If it will be a while before you get new suspension get an alignment maybe to see what your current settings are.

because people care more about looks then performance on a performance oriented car. If people wanna do that stance **** go buy a vee-dub

Look at the (err...) bright side. You now get to grind your teeth with the rest of us when you hear some random ricer tell the world how his dumped Evo handles "just fine."
