No start after rebuild

I have a 2003 evo 8 with a 2.4 block and rebuilt head. With no start. I am definatly getting fuel, the coil pack on the passenger side, cyl 2&3 I believe are getting spark and both coil packs are getting 11.7v but the coil pack on the driver side, cyl 1&4 are not getting spark, I did a continuety test between the harness at the coil pack and ecu pin and its good. Any ideas? I'm thinking crank sensor possibly but wouldn't that cut all spark, plus iv tried a working ecu.

sounds like a hard break... ive worked maintenance on A-10s not much with cars so ill help as much as i can. could it be possible that the spark plugs are dead? or not gapped correctly? and youre sure youre getting fuel to all cylinders?

Yeah iv tried two sets of plugs. For sure getting fuel. I'm thinking possibly my cam sensor is 180* off if that's possible.

When I built my motor, I had a issue with the crank sensor.

I have a feeling its one of those two, but if it was the crank sensor wouldn't it cut all spark? Cylinders 2&3 have spark, and both coil packs have 12v. I was thinking maybe cam sensor but I heard that's just for fuel not timing?

Yeah I'm really praying its not the crank sensor. 6000$ and alotta time on the garage floor I'm not gonna be happy if I have to take everything apart again. But it be nice if it was the crank sensor then id know what's wrong. I'm going to rotate the cam sensor and go from there.
