Check AIG. I just got a quote from them in Texas and they cut my rates almost in half. I currently have State Farm. I am 35, no accidents or tickest and the rate was about $1100 per year.

Dude you are in NYC, that is damn cheap for 2 cars! **** their liability just doubled.

I pay $140/mo here in Rochester NY just for the Evo. 22 w/ a clean slate and $500 coll/$250 comp deductibles.

Before, under my rent's insurance, we were with liberty mutual and on my 94' pontiac grand am (4 door) i was paying 2200 a year with a clean driving record. I'm now 21 I'm going to try and go through all state when i get the evo and i will probably have another car (beater if i can ever find a decent priced one). When i went to look at the evo in august they said my insurance was going to be about 5k a year. Just for the evo on a clean driving record. Now tell me how that is not discriminatory towards young drivers. Jersey Insurance SUCKS!!!

Also I'm under my rent's insurance under all state and under the 94 grand am i'm paying like 1200 - 1300 bux or something a year. Even though that is still a bit ridiculous for a clean driving record, it was 900 bux less than liberty mutual. so just to make this clear to everyone .... LIBERTY MUTUAL IS A RIP OFF!

I am 26 and have an 03 Evo with full coverage and a 93 integra with liability and pay $103.50 a month. I have 2 moving violation tickets and 1 at fault accident on my record.

The amount you pay is all determined by age, driving record, and zip code. You may be 25 or over with a clean record but pay out the *** because of the location the vehicle is being insured in. With the location the insurance company takes into account how many uninsured motorists are in the area on average, how many cars are stolen in the area on average, etc.

35, married, ticket or two..$620 State Farm. Big house home owners with them too. That's for year round full coverage. Plus, if I call my agent and say "jump", he jumps and then asks how high...

Heh, Indiana rocks. Sorry bout you suckas!

New Jersey has the highest rates in the country. It has nothing to do with discrimination. The rates are based on a mathematical model of how much you're likely to cost them; and young drivers cost them more than old drivers (such as your parents).
