i took mine off because of the LICP and intercooler, plus some of my clips are bad. i plan on putting it back on though

i also read somewhere that the undertray helps with front end zero-lift.

The 2nd time the undertray had to come off, that thing went straight into the dumpster, along with the fender wells.
You'll thank yourself when a ic pipe blows off on the freeway. Especially that damn j-pipe.

Kept mine on, except for the corner below the LICP because it won't fit with the pipe on. I plan on getting a nice aluminum one some day, but not while I'm spending money on other parts of the car.

I've been running without one for a couple of years but want to put mine back on.

I have the stock one and a Beatrush just sitting in my garage. Won't fit with my lip.

Those platic clips have all been trashed and i have never looked back!Beatrush is definently the way to go with an aftermarket underpanel. Its a nice kit that is much easier to remove and install. It has a front and rear section, when i work on my car i normally only remove the front section.. so much easier. Fitment is also bomb

If you dont take it off its bound to break anyway. Might was well have the pleasure in trashing that thing yourself.

With that being said, i do have the plastic wheel liners flapping in the wind now, which is just as annoying. So either theyre coming out next, or ill get an aluminum undertray and hook it up with some more reliable clips.

If you ever have an open stretch of baron desert road, Top out your Evo. 160ish Stock mines currently gear limited to 165..

now remove your zero lift kit, or front under tray, and try the same pass.

You'll then understand why its there. 0-100 its basically pointless, something used to raise the price of the car and keep dush dirt snow out of the engine bay. 100mph+ it reduces front end lift and increases downforce which in turn counters the lift the rear wing tries to induce.

Its definitely functional and a great upgrade for someone without one... and for someone like myself who had one and lost it. its always in the back of your mind when you top 120.

I agree with Remixx02, i don't like seeing the floor through the FMIC mesh.

Keep's the engine clean and when I'm doing 199mph keeps the wind from getting under the car and trying to lift it.
