If you use Buschur...
4.400.00=stage 4 with reflash Cars in the 11's
2,200.00 AEM with Buschur settings (in testing)
2,500.00 Buschur turbo Kit (finishing assembly for testing)
1,200.00 coil on plug ignition (in testing)
This should get you into the 10's
MAJOR motor work after that

Major tranny/clutch/differential work, as well... You're probably better off getting a new Z06 when they come out and modding that beast to hell and back if you want a good 1/4 mile time with very good handling. Probably less headaches in the long run.
most likely around $100,000 if you want it to last for a decent amount of time. your talkin about a whole drivetrain replacement with all custom parts (and the AWD system too) to be able to handle the power to drag it into the 9's. Norris's car cost that much i think..some crazy amount.
norris designs spend $88,000 USD on one of their evo 7's and it doesn't do 9's yet. and their other one costed "Lots" according to their site. definaty not cheap to get low 10's.

And I bid $15 to $30k which includes two of every drivetrain compoment you will break.

Speedlimit....

You'd need...
A big honkin' turbo
Bigger FMIC
Cams
ARP studs/bolts
Built internals (Crower, JE, etc.)
Dogbox race tranny
Bigger exhaust
AEM
plus various other bits and parts
You basically have to be putting 600+ to the wheels to get into the 9s...for less $$$ than you'd spend just to make the Evo a fast drag car, you can buy an old Fox-body Mustang, build the engine/tranny/rear, and throw a big ol' Procharger on it...that'll give you 9s for about $20K or so, including the car...it won't handle worth a ****, but it will go hella ****in' fast in a straight line!

Tune your engine to 400whp (not too hard), convert to FWD, then drop an identical 4G63 in the rear to drive the rear wheels, similar to that twin-engine Audi TT. 800whp!
You'll need some interesting clutch and transmission work, but it could be cheaper and easier than anything else.

Buschur Racing could fabricate a setup that would make serious HP. The more power you make the bigger headaches you get into. Supposing you fabricated something with a air:water intercooler and ran on C16 with a huge turbo...made 700HP. Then you have to go about driving it. Having watched the AWD DSM madness before...it's going to be a different league from 10.9 to 9.7. Expect to break alot of drivetrain parts and spend 10-25K fixing them. Go to a NHRA or IDRC event and watch them break
The same is true with RWD cars without a huge budget also.
