Headlight adjustment
I was saying that what has been described is not right so don't do it. I figure that's information.
Go to

and scroll down to the nice photograph. Notice the part labeled cable. See where this goes to a green wheel with teeth. There is a hole in the plastic on the front side of the wheel. Come in at a slight angle from the fog light side with a long shanked phillips screwdriver and turn the green wheel. This is the vertical adjustment.
I'm adjusting the exact same thing...the only thing i did different was remove the cable because mine were bound up and prevented me from turning the low-beam adjustment the same way he did without fear of stripping the teeth inside the housing
Okay, sorry, when you mentioned removing the front bumper I stopped reading there. I did mine with the headlights on without any problem.
In the pic above..the gear/10mm bolt above fog light..just wanna confirm..that adjust the foglight beam?
Also I did thread else where..but believe gear to drivers side hi beam is stripped..it wont raise when I turn it..I used the steps provided here to adjust lights (disconnected cable and just 5mm hex). My hi beams are not aligned, and also noticed one fog is slightly lower than other.
