Frame damage bad or not?

Yeah what he is doing is completly illegal down to the itty bitty. He should also know the consequences of insurance fraud too....

I believe that is how it was painted at the factory. if you notice, the oem intercooler is sprayed black on the top portion to blend it in through the openings of the bumper. for whatever reason they seemed to spray only one side.
