I have Jun exhaust came with the car. I put vibrant resonator on and it is still loud. I am going to try vibrant Stealth muffler next. Hopefully it will be much quieter.

^^Well you have to remember that he has a test pipe on the car not a resonator or high flow cat or OEM cat.

My plan was to go ahead with the Xforce TBE, http://xforce.com.au/products.php?ma...bishi&model=41...

What are some thoughts with this tbe? Maybe drone becomes increased when replacing high flow cat with a test pipe, even if you have resonators or secondary muffler? I wanted to go test pipe, however is it worth the gains compared to risks? In Australia, cons: fume smell, $10,000 fined, too loud etc Pros: expect some gains with a good tune, but how much to make a difference?

I have the AMS exhaust with a varex oval muffler. I am happy as heck with it, it is basically stock corolla sounding until 3krpm +. Infact it's so silent I dont even bother using the stepper motor to put it in quiet mode I just leave it straight flow thru.

I love the way my exhaust setup sounds. I can barely hear it inside the car, but once I get on it a little it has the perfect sound. I have a HKS Downpipe, Helix Test Pipe, and an HKS Hi-Power Catback.

a few of those vids sound alright but i still have to go with my bushur bullet exhaust, has a way better sounding idle n smooths out with a powerful echo through the rpms (i take the highway 30mins every day to work with no overwhelming drone at 75mph)

I have a AMS TBE w/ a high flow cat, and it's not loud at all. I really enjoy it, it doesn't bother me at all, even on highway trips. My previous VIII had a Megan Racing catless TBE and I LOVED the way it sounded, but it was pretty damn loud, and droned something awful on the highway.

If 'looks' at all play a factor, both I've had looked excellent with the burnt multicolored style tip, the nod goes to AMS however for being a tad less juvenile.
