Fake ARP bolts ??

Hi All

Is it true that they may be some fake ARP head studs/bolts floating around?
Is there a way to tell if ARP bolts are genuine or fake?

Cheers
Gav

I'm not sure about these but I know the knockoff parts market got pretty bad a few years ago. A lot of fake Walboro pumps were coming in stamped with their logo and all. Off the top of my head I would just compare them to a set you know is genuine or buy them from reputable sources who get them direct. You probably won't save much shopping around for them anyway.

Don't buy them off eBay to be safe.

Ebay is cool and all, but if you want guanteed real deal, order from trusted shop and save on the ebay fees
You should be able to find parts cheaper than on ebay

+1. Ebay prices are 98% of the time only a dollar or two cheaper (if at all) than if you bought it from an actual retailer. But if you do go with ebay, check, double check, and recheck the vendor, read their reviews, and know who you are dealing with and there should be no problems whatsoever. There actually are some pretty honest people out there believe it or not.
