Oem oil filter
Did you ever think about driving to a dealership or is there not one close by? I purchased oem filters at the dealership for $3 bucks and some change (plus tax of course), but started using Wix filters shortly after. Better filters and less expensive, not to mention readily available at local parts stores.
i think id go with purolator before k&n. i think but i cant 100% recall, but the purolator has the same check valve system the OEM's do.
you honestly dont need an OEM filter. if you do get one get a full case or you will end up getting killed with shipping unless you pick it up from a local dealer.

I use the fram X2/Extreme/Extended (Called a bunch over the years). Have used that filter for many years across multiple platforms. Synthetic filter media, metal end caps.
The orange fram is the one that the automotive world shuns. The X2/Extreme/Extended I'd put against anything on the market.

Just FYI, i no the threads months old but Amsoil has a good filter and it is wider but shorter to have less ground clearance so much less likely to smack something and break off the oil filter housing on a bump or something especially if your car is lowered like mine. I used to have a pic of a comparison of an amsoil and a normal filter but cant remember where it is. They are pricey but I believe it's not something you should be cheap about at all....
