If you're just trying for 400 i don't think a fuel rail would be necessary. I made 420 with stock fuel rail just fic1450's and walbro 255. It couldn't hurt but its not a necessity.

isn't the tscomp in that link tuned on race gas for 382whp? Im confused. he says finished pump tune then says he got some race gas and started tuning then says tuned on 29psi which i would assume e85/q16? Someone clear it up for me please? lol thanks.

I could see that. You are running a larger injector. I guess im running 31 psi now with e98, which requires a much larger volume of fuel. In that case, if you plan on running a larger turbo in the future with a double pumper setup it would not hurt to have one then. But from what SVT has explained it has been achieved with a pump and injectors. Good luck
