Well ive been looking to buy a fuel pump for about a week now, and lancershop put them on sale for the weekend. I emailed them over the weekend and asked them if i could get the sales price even if i waited til monday to order, and they said sure.

So normally when you call up vendors, you can barely hear what they are saying, and you always get the sinse that you are always interrupting something, and not to mention the frequent pauses, usually you have to hold for various reason's ect...

but this was Not the case with lancershop....
this was our conversation

Ring Ring**
Lancershop: "How can i help you?"
Me: "needed to order a fuel pump.."
Lancershop: "What car?"
Me: "evo"
Lancershop: "Total is 114.00"
Me: "Can i order 3 day select?"
Lancershop: "No Need, will be there in 2 days.."
Me: "Ok cool"
Lancershop: "read card number/exp date when your ready..."
Me: "****************"
Lancershop: "ok you'll see it wednesday have a good day"..
Me: "ok thanks, Bye"

Now im not sure what everyone else thinks, but to me.. THAT is great customer service..
he was straight to the point, nice guy, didnt try to sell me anything else, and to top it off he's not located accross country (for us east coast people)..

Anyways, im not trying to gain anything from this, just wanted everyone to know that its a great place to order parts from, especially for people who are located on this side of the country.....

I agree, I bought my apexi TT from them...I got it very quickly. But unfortuneatly they sent me the wrong wiring harness so they sent the correct one ASAP Great service.

 

I too, was happy with their customer service... I ordered my EVOVIII badge from them....

Lancer shop is great . always quick and easy to deal with. I look at them first before i buy anywhere else.

 

Went on the Web this morning and ordered a Dual Pillar pod, and Stainless clutch line.... 4 minutes later I had a tracking number. Top notch stuff! Even within those 4 minutes I managed to call in and have the delivery address changed with no hassles by Chris.

These guys are top notch, look forward to seeing my parts on Friday and doing more business in the future.

 

I got my Evo VIII badge & some Japanese Air Freshners from them not too long ago...fast, easy, and great service...

 

I ordered my SS clutch line from these guys. They were prompt and the quality of the clutch line was excellent. I'll be taking my Evo business to them again. I'd recomend these guys to my mom. Cept SHE'D never buy an Evo.

 

I don't really get a chance to post much , but this thread caught my eye.
I delt with Justin for the 1st time in Sept of 2003 and bought some goodies for my EVO(RMR exh,badge,perrin cat delete,etc...) .the items came super quick!! unfortunately only about 2 months with the car ,mother nature took my car away from me.
In Dec , I bought another EVO , I called the lancershop and spoke to Justin and Chris on 2 occasions, they were VERY willing to give me a "special" package deal on the items i just recieved 2 months before.
I could not be happier with the service from those guys!!!!

You better hope they don't send you a stock fuel pump if that conversation was word for word
